Universal Adventure HQ!

premium room early check-in pleasant surprise

This place is SUPER close to Universal Parks. Revan and Max greeted us with HUGE smiles, upgrading our room to premium. It was such a pleasant surprise!!! Plus, early check-in let us dive into the fun faster. I mean, who wouldn't want that?

The shower and bathroom weren't as clean as I expected. I noticed it right away when I stepped into the bathroom.

The hotel offers a convenient ticket purchase and upgrade service on-site. A lovely concierge named Kassi works for Universal and she was able to get me a shuttle to and from, upgrade my passes, and direct me to some great spots.

the room was spacious. i appreciated the comfortable beds. the front desk staff was helpful with directions. i found the tgi fridays partnership convenient for meals.

The parking fee was quite high. It was an unexpected cost. i noticed the corridors looked a little dated. Vacuuming could be improved. the tv offered limited channels. I missed having smart tv features.

Solid Stay Near the Parks

room upgrade early check-in convenient location

Revan and Max provided a room upgrade from standard to premium based on Silver Member Status. I was allowed to check in earlier. The location is very convenient, very close to Universal Parks. (The walking exercise was a plus!).

The hallways were somewhat dark, and the carpet seemed a bit wavy.
