the room was spacious. i appreciated the comfortable beds. the front desk staff was helpful with directions. i found the tgi fridays partnership convenient for meals.

The parking fee was quite high. It was an unexpected cost. i noticed the corridors looked a little dated. Vacuuming could be improved. the tv offered limited channels. I missed having smart tv features.

Solid Stay Near the Parks

Revan and Max provided a room upgrade from standard to premium based on Silver Member Status. I was allowed to check in earlier. The location is very convenient, very close to Universal Parks. (The walking exercise was a plus!).

The hallways were somewhat dark, and the carpet seemed a bit wavy.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They provided assistance with ease and zero issues. I was well informed about the amenities.
